Project managers and team members, including support
staff who are interested in obtaining PMP® certification
through the PMI (Project Management Institute).
Attendees should be familiar with the PMBOK® (Project
Management Body Of Knowledge) Guide. They should also be
ready to supplement this course with additional
individual study time, to adequately prepare for the
exam.

The Need
There are occasions when
project managers need a refresher program, before they
feel comfortable sitting for the PMP® exam. This program
reviews all of the required project management knowledge
areas, in addition to test taking techniques. This
program integrates all of the PMBOK® Guide content into
a one day session. The program serves as an ideal review
for those individuals who are nearly ready to sit for
the PMP® Exam, or those who wish to see the “big
picture” of PMI’s project management methodology in one
day.

a set of common formulas
